It is the time: The time to brake the new year’s resolutions

Sometimes it is just better to admit, that one’s new year’s resolutions don’t work out. Namely, I decided to go less to the gym, do more pilates and more yoga. Eat more plant-based and and and.

Less gym, more pilates and ballet might have been a good solution in the situation I was in the beginning of the year, but then… I made life happen.

And, as I have seen, that for me training at the gym is the most effective way to burn stress, I decided to get back on that track, with some help again.

So, beach body 2015, you better know you are on my way!
