How to stay sane?

There is some magic in handwriting.

It saves your brain, prevents you from getting distracted and  calms you down.

Therefore journaling – that ancient thing, where you put your thoughts via a pen on a paper, notebook, so called journal – is one of the cheapest and most effective ways to bring a tiny bit sanity to your day. Or maybe a singificant chunk to your week. Such a piece, that it actually makes a difference in your life.

You don’t need to make it a daily habit, unless you want. Already an hour (yes, I know this is a lot for some of you…) per week can make a huge difference.

So, sit down, grab a cup of coffee…. And journal away.

Combine it to exploring your city and discover amazing places to sit down and have a cup of coffee.

That will keep you sane. Or you will have a very good story.
